Terms and conditions of use

The following terms and conditions apply to the use of the online store with the brand name e-shop.gr, which is located at the web address https://eshop.cloudprint.gr/. Any user who enters and transacts or uses the services of the online store (hereinafter referred to as "visitor" or "user" or "customer" depending on whether they are merely visiting the store or placing an order and purchasing products and services) is considered to consent to and accept unconditionally the following terms as stated here, without any exception. General Terms.

Return of Non-Defective Products - Right of Unjustified Withdrawal by the Customer.

The CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery. You can return the product you ordered within 5 days from the date of receipt and replace it with any other product of your choice or request a refund.
This withdrawal is unjustified and without any charge, and if the item has already been delivered, the customer must return the product exactly in the condition it was received, with all its accessories, accompanying documents, and packaging in excellent condition. The return of the item is accepted only if the buyer has first paid any amount incurred by the company for sending the item to him and the return shipping costs.
The withdrawal statement is exercised in writing or electronically, and the business is obliged to send confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal statement as soon as it is received.
Following the withdrawal statement, the business is obliged to refund the received amount within 5 days from the receipt of the products.
Delivery shipping costs are not refunded if the customer had chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the business.
The refund to the customer will be made using the same method as the initial collection. Specifically, in the case of credit card charges, as follows: if the amount has been paid to the company by the bank up to the withdrawal and return of the item, the company will be obliged to inform the bank of the cancellation of the transaction, and the bank will take all necessary actions based on the agreement made with the customer. The company, after this notification, bears no responsibility for the time and manner of the reversal, which is regulated by the aforementioned agreement. In the case of cash payment, if the customer had chosen the "store pickup" option, the refund will be made to him at the store where he picked up the product. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the refund will also be made by bank transfer to the customer's same account.

Limitation of Liability. The BUSINESS, in the context of its transactions from the online store, is not liable and is not obliged to compensate for any damage or loss that may arise from the cancellation of orders, the non-execution, or the delay in execution, for any reason.
